Vineyard Peach Liqueur
Sunshine, warmth and a sheltered spot among the grape vines – this is the preferred habitat of the vineyard peach. This dawdler takes its sweet time. Although it flowers already in mid-March, it needs the whole summer and well into autumn to become the flat peach with pink marbled flesh that we transform into our liqueur.
