1968 Mountain ash fire
Every drop is unique. Like priceless treasures, we preserved the old glass demijohns filled with our “all-stars” such as plum, Mirabelle, wild quince and mountain cherry in the 80s. Now we want to share these treasures, which we discovered in a dusty cellar, with everyone who loves fruit brandy. We discovered that the red sandstone of the cellar’s walls provides perfect conditions for storing our fruit brandies: the cellar’s temperature and humidity remain constant throughout the year. Each bottle is a highlight, decanted directly from the glass demijohn into a fine carafe.
